Every Lincoln accommodation is a fully-livable private home set amongst garden courtyards and cozy social areas with patio sets, fire pits, desert gardens, a koi pond, a bocce ball court, and a filtered cowboy soak tank.


All units feature:

WiFi, Smart TV (no cable), mini-split heating & cooling, equipped kitchen, French press with local Big Bend coffee, creamers, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, hairdryer, ironing set, and more!

The Lincoln has 4 unique Deluxe Queen Suites. Deluxe Queen suites are a little larger than our regular Suites and include a twin-size daybed in addition to 1 queen bed in a separate bedroom.


These suites each come with different styles and features. They all accommodate 2 guests in 1 queen bed and 1 additional guest in a twin-daybed.

Deluxe Two-Queen Suite

The Deluxe Two-Queen Suite is a family-size suite at The Lincoln, with 2 queen bedrooms and a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. In-suite washer/dryer and vintage brick fireplace (decorative only). Bathroom provides a glass shower and separate cowboy tub.

Premium Two-Queen House

2 Queen Beds

Also known as the "Pink House," the Mary Todd House is the largest and most elegant rental at The Lincoln. This historic house on the Marfa square comes with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a deep clawfoot soaker tub), a family den with a sectional sofa suitable for a +1 and one more bathroom, and a spacious chef's kitchen with dishwasher. Porches on the front and back offer shaded access to the courtyards.

Underground Bomb Shelter

1 Full-Size Bed

Though small, this beautifully-restored UNDERGROUND bunker has everything you need, and takes you back in time with vintage fridge, microwave, and authentic period, fallout-appropriate art. Modern touches and conveniences make for much more than a survivable stay.

Group Bookings


With its courtyard community design and shared outdoor spaces, The Lincoln was designed to be enjoyed with a group.


We don't offer "room blocks", so the only way to "hold" a room is to book it. Luckily, we make it easy to book multiple spaces at once through our booking page.

Booking directly through us will guarantee you the lowest rate, as well as save you on additional third-party fees. We can even offer your group a discount when booking all at once, as long as you agree to a modified cancellation refund policy.

The Lincoln can accommodate a total of 35 overnight guests, spread across 12 distinctly unique casitas and suites, each with their own kitchens and bathrooms.
